About Us – Home
Michelle and I met later in life and have been adventure partners since 2017. I think it was 3 weeks after our first date I asked her if she wanted to come crew me for my first 50 mile race at the Squamish 50/50.
She said “Sure. What does that mean?”
As you can imagine she immediately fell in love with the community and the sport. She ran the 50km at Squamish the next year and the rest is history.
We love to spend time in the mountains around Canmore exploring, running and climbing. In the winter we ice climb and ski/snowboard. Michelle is the ski bum and I prefer climbing but will happily tag along on a trip to the ski hill with my Snowboard. In 2022 we did our first backcountry ski trip to Chester Lake and I can definitely see backcountry skiing becoming a staple for off season training.
Our mission is to provide trail beta and give back to the community that has done so much for us.
We hope to inform, inspire and explore.
